Why ReAzalia
Justice is not about politics.
My judicial philosophy is grounded in the belief that every person who enters a courtroom deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and judged fairly under the law. A judge must be impartial, prepared, consistent, and courageous enough to make the right decision — even when it is not the popular one.
Fairness does not mean that every person receives the same outcome; it means that every person receives the same meaningful opportunity to be heard and that the law is applied without favoritism, bias, or prejudice. Equity requires a judge to recognize that people may enter the courtroom from different circumstances while remaining faithful to the law and the evidence.
My philosophy is simple: listen carefully, apply the law faithfully, treat people with dignity, and ensure that justice is not only done, but experienced as fair by the people whose lives are affected by the court.
